Recruitment automation at Studio Raya

I built n8n automations for recruiters. The input is a LinkedIn profile or a PDF CV. The output is something the recruiter can use right away:
- a list of matching companies in the region, with a match score
- ready-to-send CV variants
- an assessment of the candidate against a vacancy, covering wishes and dealbreakers
Around these workflows I built RecruiterHub, a multi-tenant platform where recruiting agencies run them on their own, each under its own brand. Between 50 and 80 recruiters use it. It includes AI CV parsing with Azure Document Intelligence and GPT-4o, per-tool access and usage limits, Google Drive uploads, vacancy scraping and a CV builder. It is GDPR-compliant, with data separated per organisation, two-factor login, audit logs and processing only inside the EU.
Recruitment web app for Daan. For Daan, a recruitment client of Studio Raya, I got the problem clear and built the first working demo. Their current web app is built on that demo.

Assignment wonBuild handed over
I spent an afternoon with their staff mapping the full work order process, built a small demo on top of it and pitched it with the team twice. It became a paid assignment. My part was the start-up phase. I handed over the production build because I was going travelling.
